The purchaser is entitled to return or replace the products without penalties and without giving a reason, in 15 calendar days following the date of product purchase and recover to recover its money. The amount received does not include the direct costs with the product return in accordance with the Government Emergency Ordinance No 34/2014 for individuals purchasing products from websites using remote means of communication, definitions set out in the Government Emergency Ordinance No 34/2014 being applied.
The returned product shall have all its labels intact and shall be unused, unwashed and carefully repacked in its original packaging so it may remain undamaged during the transportation. It shall also be accompanied by a copy of the documents with which the products was purchased (invoice, fiscal receipt, etc.).
For this purpose the purchaser must notify the seller of its intention of returning the product. The notification for the seller can be made by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the contact form.

The returned product shall be sent only through the currier companies at the following address: SC Mandarin Liberty SRL, Bucharest, Strada Putul Lui Zamfir nr 37, Romania or personally, at our headquarters.
The counter value of the return transport shall be borne by the Purchaser requesting the return, according to the provisions of the legislation in force.
We do not accept parcels with cash on delivery.
In case of replacing the product with an identical one or with another product, the replacement shall comply with the conditions and limits of a normal order.
For all returned products that comply with the above mentioned requirements, their counter value will be transferred to the Purchaser by bank transfer within 14 working days. For this purpose Purchaser will have to send to the Seller by e-mail the IBAN account and the name of the holder.
We advise all our customers to verify the products upon reception, before removing any label and before unpacking any original packaging. Please note that shipping costs, international customs duties and sales charges will not be refunded.
